The software does not support Windows 24H2. Downgrade to a supported version like 23H2 or lower.

​Resolution

Check Windows Version

• Open Settings > System > About.

• Verify the installed Windows version (e.g., 24H2).

Downgrade via Recovery

• Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.

• Select Go back to the previous version and follow the prompts.

Perform Clean Installation

• If the recovery option isn’t available, create a bootable USB with a 23H2 or earlier ISO.

• Perform a clean installation of the desired version.

Ensure to back up your data before starting the downgrade process.
