For Windows 11 Only:

• Press WINDOWS KEY + R

• Type regedit

• In regedit, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config

• Set the value of 'VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable' to '0'

• Disable Core Isolation (Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Device Security)

• Reboot your PC
